f you know the difference between acceptable work and excellent work, can run a job site without babysitting, and earn respect in the field, this role is for you.
Project Supervisors at Stoney Restoration are hands-on leaders. You’re responsible for making sure work is done right, on time, and within budget—across multiple residential and commercial restoration projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, lead field crews and sub-trades, and step in on the tools when needed.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the field, moving between sites, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.

- Execute scopes of work in coordination with Project Managers
- Lead, direct, and coach field staff and subcontractors on active job sites

- Manage schedules, manpower, and site logistics to hit deadlines
- Control job costs and work within approved budgets
- Enforce health and safety standards across all sites
- Lead multi-site operations involving in-house crews, sub-trades, vendors, and consultants
- Track progress, document site visits, and report status clearly and consistently
- Complete site safety inspections and weekly fleet checks
- Step in on the tools when required to keep jobs moving
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on construction or restoration experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to run a site and hold people accountable
- Experience in restoration work (emergency response, remediation, rebuilds—not new construction only)
- Preferred: Lead Water Damage Technician experience and/or IICRC certification
- Clear, professional communication with homeowners, Project Managers, and crews
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Comfort working within budgets and assigning work efficiently
- Solid work ethic and the ability to set the pace for others

- Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
Additional Experience That Helps
- Skilled trade background and/or IICRC certifications
- NCSO or equivalent safety training
- Knowledge of drying principles and equipment
- Standard First Aid certification
- Physically capable of working in active job-site environments
Availability Requirement
Restoration is not 9–5. A rotating 24/7 on-call schedule is part of the role. If that doesn’t work for you, this won’t be a fit.
